Payment

Supaman Ltd. T/A Oliver Brown subscribes to the distance selling laws of the United Kingdom and Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). We accept payments through the Shopify Payments system and also via PayPal. Payments taken through either provider are encrypted with AES-256 with decryption keys stored on separate machines. Data management is of utmost importance to us, and we will always endeavour to operate at the highest level of security with regards to processing transactions on our website.

All products need to be paid for upon dispatch from the Oliver Brown warehouse and/or retail shop.

All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted, and Oliver Brown has a full refund and return policy in place should any customer be unhappy with our products, service, or delivery service.

Prices

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not an 'offer for sale'. As a result, Oliver Brown reserves the right to decline orders prior to dispatch for any reason or no reason.

Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under these terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner which may harm Oliver Brown or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others. Hire Collections

Upon collection, you may try on your hire before leaving the store, but please note, our stores will be extremely busy during this period. We can only exchange a size if stock is available, but this is not guaranteed. So, please ensure that your measurements are correct before placing your order online. We cannot be responsible for incorrect sizing when an order is placed online.
Insurance covers the cost of accidental damage only and is optional. Should you not select this option, you will be liable for the full retail cost of the garment should any damage/loss occur.

HIRE RETURNS

You can return your hire by courier, but please include full details of your order number and name so that we can process the return on our system. Failure to do so may result in a subsequent day's charge.

Please check all pockets for valuables before returning your hire.
