Follow these steps to book your Ascot hire online:

  • I. Choose Your Size

    Choose your outfit and sizes on this page. Click 'add to cart' to save your booking. Our morning coats run slightly large to size, so if you are in between sizes, select one size down. Our trousers and waistcoats fit 'true to size'. You will have the opportunity to try on your hire clothing when collecting so we can ensure you leave happy with the fit of your selection.

  • II. Choose Your Dates

    In the cart dropdown, you can 'select a rental period'. You may also opt for hire insurance. Price will automatically adjust based on your selections. *Select your 'pickup' date as the day before you are attending Ascot and 'return' date the day after. For instance, if you are attending Ascot on Tuesday, 17th June, your hire period would run from Monday 16th to Wednesday 18th.

  • III. Pay & Collect

    After you pay for your hire, we will send you an email confirmation. Hires will be available to collect from 5pm the day before you are attending Ascot and are due back no later than 10am on your return date. For additional information, please look at our 'common questions' or full FAQs below.

Common Questions

Can I make a booking in store for a hire fitting?

We currently do not take appointments in store for hire fittings. Please feel free to stop by one of our stores, and we will be happy to assist you in finding your correct sizes.

How long do I get my hire for?

For Ascot, the hire period is restricted to 24-hours only. You may select as many days as required for this week; however, please note that we charge the full rental fee for each 24-hour period.

When should I collect my hire?

For Royal Ascot, your hire will be available to collect from 5pm the day before you attend. Any hires for Tuesday or Wednesday (the 17th or 18th June) may be collected the week before. We will always send you an email to confirm collection times.

What if I am late returning my hire?

Hires during Ascot week must be returned by 10am the day following your attendance at the races. If you are late returning, you will be charged for a full day hire.

What does hire insurance cover?

Our hire insurance covers up to the full retail amount for all accidental damage to any product in your hire package, except for top hats. Please note that insurance does not cover loss.
